Thought I should share this with you guys. It's a special protein shake you can make (if you use protein powder). This is very filling, perfect to take after an exercise (or as breakfast / lunch) and it tastes really good! The best part is that it contains nearly 50g of protein. It represents 50% of my daily intake etc :)
1 cup of cold water
2 cups skimmed milk
1 cup optional Unsweetened frozen berries
2 scoops of protein powder
.. I use the fitness guru's strawberry / white chocolate.
You can also simply take one (23g protein) bucket if you think two is too much.
Mix together with a blender or hand blender and top with some berries!
Now I can fianlly go back outside and get back to my old running routine.♥
